If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. I put this up early in July. I noticed that the filter wasn't too great, and should have returned it but STUPIDLY didn't. After a couple weeks the filter wasn't working at ALL and I contacted the company. Five and a half weeks later, I am still waiting for a replacement that HASN'T EVEN BEEN MAILED YET after I was told it would be mailed within 5 - 7 business days. I WILL NEVER, EVER, buy a Bestway product again, and I recommend that no one else does either.

We used this pool for two months before it broke. When accessing the valve to add some more air to the top ring, the plastic around the valve ripped. There was no way to repair the rip, and without air in the top ring, the pool does not hold water. We are very disappointed in the quality of this pool.

The pool suits it's purpose. My kids enjoy it. This has been the second year that it's been up, but........ you can only order parts through the company online. It costs $ 15.00 for shipping and handling of those parts whether the part costs $ 2 or $20. The pump it comes with barely does anything, borrowed an intex pump from a friend, and it works so much better. When you do order parts from the company, it takes 2-3 weeks for them to come.
